Audited phrases are available in the phrase library for creating Safety Data Sheets and templates.
ChemSoft EH&S can be configured depending on the modules purchased to holds its system phrases in the languages required for over 70 countries enabling Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and/or Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) to be printed in the required language along with specific regulatory requirements applicable to the individual country.
Where phrases specific to a product description are required, the system allows the User to add additional phrases, in any of the languages configured for the individual system, to any section of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and/or Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). Data may be manually typed, imported from an existing database or pasted directly into the data fields. As ChemSoft EH&S utilises Unicode it will potentially support most global languages including those with Asian or Cyrillic scripts.
ChemSoft Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and/or Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) address country-specific requirements such as local country legislation according to the specific modules purchased and the system configuration. The software operates in English and at print-time the country for which the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and/or Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)is to be provided can be selected.
