Inventris Enterprise
Inventris is a wireless and internet-based solution that provides
enterprise-wide access to vital stock and order information
with a link to accounting systems such as Sage. Inventris
is a configurable application that makes it ideal for every
business process management application, ranging from simple
goods in / goods out recording to mini ERP functions. For
complex or unusual requirements, we can customise our software
to suit your exact needs
Warehouse Management
Stock locations for inventory ‘put away’ and
‘order picking’ are an integrated part of the
Inventris package. Goods can be allocated to a specific stock
location, with alternative locations identified for users.
Order picking is greatly simplified. Warehouse staff are
directed to specific stock locations. Accuracy is greatly
enhanced as operators confirm both the location from which
they take stock and the items picked.
Batch Traceability
Inventris offers superb batch traceability functions. For
‘break bulk’ applications, the system maintains
a relationship between the original stock and the ‘units
of sale.’
Where bulk components (whether ingredients, subcomponents
or consumables) are used to make finished stock, Inventris
provides traceability right back to the source.
Using the complementary functions within Inventris LIFO or
FIFO ingredient utilisation is possible.
In the unlikely event of product recalls, Inventris can identify
which product contained suspect components and who that product
was delivered to.
Integration
Inventris modules can link to Sage, TAS and many other popular
systems. ODBC makes Inventris data available to many other
applications.
